I bought it because I was curious to see if writing could help me organize my thoughts better. After a week, I can say that yes, something has changed. Not in a dramatic way, but I've noticed that when I write, I calm down and I can see things differently compared to when I just keep them in my head. The journal doesn't leave you alone in front of a blank page. There are questions that guide you, like "How do I feel?" or "Why do I have this thought?". At first, they seem simple, but when you start answering, you realize you've never really asked yourself these questions. And that forces you to stop, which I normally never do.The chapters are well organized. I really liked the "Awareness" one because it makes you realize how little you listen to yourself during the day. The "Problems" and "Solution" parts are also helpful: they push you to look at problems more calmly instead of panicking right away. It's like the journal teaches you to think before reacting.Overall, it's helping me keep track of how I'm doing and what I really want. I recommend it if you need to slow down a bit and understand better where you're going.
