How It All Started

For years, I never valued reading, let alone keeping a personal journal. Then, something changed.

I found myself in a period of complete confusion — literally trapped, with no way out. Thoughts were racing, emotions were overwhelming, and I couldn't find any clarity.

Out of nowhere, I started writing. Everything that crossed my mind, in a confused and angry way. Words upon words, without filters, without judgment.

And then something extraordinary happened.

As soon as I finished writing, I felt calm. Relaxed. It was as if someone was finally listening to what I was feeling — and that someone was myself.

The Discovery

As I continued writing, I began to understand:

• Why I wanted certain things
• Why I had certain thoughts
• What the real problems were — and often, while writing, I found the solutions too

I discovered that knowing yourself isn't a luxury — it's the foundation of everything. Only when you understand who you truly are can you understand what you want and why you set certain goals.
